Boger Consulting LLC is now a Master Agent with several carriers throughout the
lower 48 states. We can now provide our customers quotes from over (30) thirty carriers
for services ranging from telephone and Internet Services to Equipment and Hosting Services and
Metro Ethernet.
Some of our Carriers are ATT, Comcast, Cavalier, Paetec, TW Telecom, Windstream, MegaPath, Level(3)

the best package integration for the Healthcare markets including but not limited to
Assisted Care, Nursing Home, Hospitals, and Hospice Care.

Boger Consulting LLC acquires CLEC status for SkyNet360 LLC in record
time. Boger Consulting LLC was notified on October 15th 2008 that the
application for CLEC, IXC, and Operator Services which was submitted on August
8th, 2008, was approved by the Florida Public Service Commission. Boger
Consulting also filed and was approved for SkyNet360's tariff. SkyNet360 LLC is
a well funded and rapidly growing VOIP, ISP provider in South Florida. Most of
their last mile connectivity is through their own infrastructure which includes
multiple wireless deployments and fiber. Skynet360 LLC provides a whole host of
residential and Business VOIP and Internet solutions and has one of the most
robust High Capacity Internet backbones in South Florida.

Boger Consulting LLC Applies for CLEC and IXC licenses for Skynet360 LLC
on August, 5th 2008. SkyNet360 LLC has been providing Internet and VOIP services
to both residential and Business clients for several years and has decided to
become a facilities based CLEC in South Florida in order to be able to offer a
much larger portfolio of products and services. In addition, by having their own
NAP of Homestead and Central Office will help SkyNet360 be able to provide these
new products and services more rapidly. It will also ensure fast a much higher
lever of customer service and satisfaction by having control of the network from
A to Z.
